Amazing food!!!! Authentic cuisine served by natives of the gulf coast. Perfect. A must eat!!!! Their beignets are amazing!
Ordered two gumbos, Cajun fries, hush puppies, and beignets. Everything was excellent and good portion sizes. The gumbo was flavorful with only the tiniest hint of heat. Would be great if you could order it with varying levels of spicy. The beignets were excellent when eaten warm/fresh.
I heard about Voodoo Roux from a friend. I decided to try it tonight and it was absolutely delicious!!! We ate in the beer garden courtyard. I will definitely be having this food again soon! Best food truck in Black Mountain. I highly recommend it!
